- Breakdown and load out: 2:45 pm
- Each vendor booth includes one 6 foot table, two chairs, access to Wi Fi and standard power. The exhibit hall is fully carpeted.
- No EAC is required. Please ensure all on site representatives are registered through the Vendor Registration form.
- Load in begins Thursday at noon.
To complete your company’s registration, please submit one form per organization. Within that form, include the name and email address for each representative who will attend the event.

Vendors may park in the hotel’s self parking lot or use valet services. All parking fees are currently the responsibility of the attendee — we are working to secure complimentary parking and will share updates if this changes.
