Shelley Bostrom is the Founder and Owner of Align My Practice, where she partners with dental and orthodontic practice owners and their teams to build highly successful airway-focused practices.
With more than 30 years of experience in the orthodontic and dental industry—and over a decade working alongside airway-focused clinicians—Shelley helps practices successfully integrate advanced treatment modalities such as MARPE into everyday workflows. Her expertise spans treatment presentation, financial systems, insurance processes, marketing strategy, clinical efficiency, and team development.
Shelley has collaborated with leading airway-focused clinicians across the country, helping practices streamline systems, align their teams, and elevate the patient experience to improve case acceptance, overcome objections and support sustainable growth.
