Audrey Yoon | DDS, MSD

About Speaker

Audrey Yoon | DDS, MSD

Audrey Yoon DDS, MSD is a dual-trained orthodontist and pediatric dentist with a specialization in sleep medicine. She is a Clinical Professor at Stanford Sleep Medicine Center and an Assistant Professor in Orthodontics at the University of the Pacific. As the founding president of the World Dentofacial Sleep Society, she has advanced interdisciplinary collaboration in sleep medicine. Dr. Yoon also founded and serves as program director of the Pacific Ortho-Dental Sleep Medicine Fellowship at the University of the Pacific and serves on multiple boards, including the Edward H. Angle Society of Orthodontists, the California Sleep Society and the Korean Association of Dental Sleep Medicine. A diplomate of both the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Yoon lectures internationally, publishes prolifically, and practices a comprehensive range of airway-focused orthodontic treatments.

Ilya Lipkin | DDS

Ilya Lipkin | DDS

Ilya Lipkin, DDS is an orthodontic specialist with over 20 years of clinical experience in private practice. He earned his dental degree at NYU College of Dentistry in 1999 and completed his residency in orthodontics in the college’s department of Post-Graduate Orthodontics in 2001. Dr. Lipkin lectures nationally and internationally on multiple orthodontic topics, including but not limited to skeletal expansion, airway, TMJ and various orthodontic techniques and technologies. Dr Lipkin has been using MSE/ MARPE in his practice since 2011 and have completed over 850 skeletal expansion cases to date, half of those being adults ranging in age from 30 to 69.

Marianna Evans | DMD

Marianna Evans | DMD

Marianna Evans, DMD is a board certified specialist in orthodontics and periodontics. She received her DMD and dual specialty training in orthodontics and periodontics at the University of Pennsylvania. To serve her patients better she joined the University of Pennsylvania Sleep Surgery Department as adjunct professor. She is a founder of OrthoPerio Institute, an educational platform offering advanced courses for dental practitioners with extensive emphasis on MARPE, skeletal expansion for all ages and Airway. Dr. Evans is also the founder of Infinity Dental Specialists, an interdisciplinary practice focusing on orofacial development, periodontal, and airway health. Dr. Evans divides her time between her busy practice, teaching and conducting research on maxillary hypoplasia, skeletal expansion with MARPE, and their implications to oral and systemic health.

Michael J. Gunson | DDS, MD

Michael J. Gunson | DDS, MD

Michael J. Gunson, DDS, MD is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon practicing in Santa Barbara, CA. He graduated from UCLA Dental School and Medical School and received his specialty certificate in oral and maxillofacial surgery from UCLA. Dr. Gunson partnered with Dr. G. William Arnett at the Center for Corrective Jaw Surgery in Santa Barbara, California. Their surgical practice has always been limited to diagnosing and treating facial growth problems by performing corrective jaw surgeries. Dr. Gunson is passionate about facial esthetics and facial function. He believes they go hand in hand. He diagnoses and treats patients with facial and dental esthetic concerns, difficulty with chewing and speech, and sleep apnea. Dr. GunsonÕs orthognathic and esthetic surgical techniques provide accurate, beautiful, and functional results that improve patient health and satisfaction.

Richard Ting | DDS

Richard Ting | DDS

Richard Ting, DDS is a graduate of the USC School of Dentistry. He completed his post-graduate training in orthodontics at NYU. As a licensed practitioner since 1991, he emphasizes his practice philosophy on correcting both structure and function, rather than merely aligning the teeth. Dr. Ting has completed over 1,000 cases with MARPE/MSE appliances. Since 2020, he has been conducting year-round seminars on MARPE/MSE treatments and structural corrections, sharing his expertise with fellow professionals.

Rebecca Bockow | DDS, MS

Rebecca Bockow | DDS, MS

Rebecca Bockow, DDS, MS received her dental degree from the University of WA School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Bockow practiced as a restorative dentist in Seattle, WA. In 2013, she completed her dual training in both Orthodontics and Periodontics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she also earned a Masters in Oral Biology. Dr. Bockow is a board-certified orthodontist and periodontist. She is a resident faculty member at Spear Education, and lectures to audiences internationally on topics including interdisciplinary treatment planning, airway and sleep disorders, skeletal growth and development, surgical treatment planning, and skeletal expansion with MARPEs. Dr. Bockow maintains a private practice in Seattle and Bellevue, limited to orthodontics.

Jeremy Manuele | DMD

About Speaker

Jeremy Manuele | DMD

Jeremy Manuele, DMD, a Las Vegas native, earned his dental degree from UNLV and completed his orthodontic residency at LSU in New Orleans. He partners with Dr. R. Cree Hamilton to run a thriving private practice in Las Vegas and serves as a part-time instructor at UNLV. A 21-year Army National Guard veteran, Dr. Manuele completed an 18-month deployment to Ramadi, Iraq in 2005-2006. He is the course director for the MARPE 360 and AIRWAY 360 online courses, aimed at making quality education on these topics more accessible. Passionate about advancing the profession, Dr. Manuele is dedicated to sharing knowledge that drives orthodontics forward.
